Topics

The topic is drawn on the slide as the kicker, so it is upper-cased and capped at 28 characters. Notes are passed to the model as steering — useful where a subject has a specific trap, like figures that get garbled in retellings.

Instagram accounts

The token is checked against Instagram before it is stored, and the handle and user id are taken from it rather than typed. The language decides what generated posts are written in — only languages the bundled fonts cover are offered. Duplicate checks and the 100-per-24h limit are per account, so a test account never blocks a real one.

Used for new posts on this account. Existing posts keep the copy they were created with, so nothing you have already reviewed changes underneath you — edit those individually. Leave blank to use the built-in wording.

The swipe prompt, the last-slide prompt, and the kicker used when a post has no topic. Blank uses this language's own wording, so a Romanian account needs nothing entered here. Unlike the closing copy above, this is drawn at render time, so a change applies to every post immediately — it is chrome, not content.

Generation prompts

The app also supplies the facts on every call: the topic and its notes, the research notes, the allowed source urls, the banned claims, the titles already used, the language and the slide range. Deleting any of that from a prompt does not remove it from the call. Every gate — sourced slides, the citation allowlist, banned claims, dedupe, url reachability — runs on the result and never reads these, so an edit changes the voice, not what can reach the queue. To steer one subject rather than the whole channel, use a topic's notes instead.

Searches are the main cost per post. The slide cap can only be tightened — five is Instagram's ten-item carousel minus the hook and the closing slide. Blank means the built-in default.

Import JSON

Both keys are optional, and a bare array is read as drafts — so a file shaped like src/facts.json pastes in unchanged. Preview first: nothing is written until you press Import, and the button stays off until the text you are looking at has been previewed.

Everything arrives as a draft on the selected account, with its closing copy and language baked in. Anything already published, already queued, or repeated in the paste is skipped, so re-importing a longer version of the same file is safe. Imported drafts carry no fact-check — the Sources card shows only what the JSON supplied.
